Russian regional operator Uralsvyazinform has signed three credit lines for a total of Rbs5bn (E130m), according to DMeurope.
UniCreditBank will reportedly provide Rbs3bn (E78m) to the operator, while Barclays Bank and Svyaz-Bank will bring Rbs1bn (E26m) each.
Uralsvyazinvest, which is part of the state-owned telecoms holding company Svyazinvest, operates in the Urals Federal District and the region of Perm Krai. It claims 3.7 million fixed-line subscribers and 5.7 million GSM subscribers out of a population of 15.3 million.
The company was not immediately available for comment.
