Belarus mobile operator Life has promoted deputy director general Dean Tsybulskaya to the role of director general.
Tsybulskaya first joined the Turkcell-controlled mobile operator in July 2012 as deputy director of marketing and took on the deputy general role last December, Life said in a statement. He has an extensive background in advertising.
He replaces Ismet Yazici, who left the top job at Life to head up Turkcell’s subsidiary in North Cyprus.
Life’s larger rivals are MTS and Telekom Austria-controlled Velcom.
