European S-band licence holder Solaris Mobile has appointed Ciara Farren as head of regulator affairs.
In this role, Farren will be responsible for directing Solaris Mobile’s European regulatory function. She will represent the company before European institutions, including the EC, European Council and the telecoms regulators of the member states.
Farren has previously worked at the Irish telecoms regulator Comreg as International Affairs Executive and as regulatory affairs manager at Irish mobile operator Meteor Mobile Communications.
