Alexey Chernov was appointed to the role of deputy chief of RSCC’s Communications System Operation Service.
Chernov had previously worked as the technical director and deputy chairman of the board at the Kazakhstan public telecommunications company.
Sergey Plotnikov was appointed to the role of director of infocommunication technologies and multimedia services division within the Business Development Service. Plotnikov had previously worked as operational director at the Russian DTH provider Orion Express.
