America Movil [B]((NYSE: AMX) has appointed Jose Felix[I] as the new president of its Brazilian operations as part of a reorganisation process.
Felix was formerly president of pay TV operator Net, which earlier this year was merged into Claro alongside Rio de Janeiro-based telco Embratel.
The company has divided its Brazilian business into three units: the residential market, which will be headed by Daniel Barros, the personal market, whose president will be former Claro president Carlos Zenteno and the corporate market, led by Jose Formoso.
