Joint bookrunning managers for the senior notes are Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, BBVA, Citi, and Credit Suisse.
According to market reports the telco will issue up to Ps15bn (US$1.16bn) in notes with a maturity of then years, and a further Ps10bn (US$774.7m) in notes maturing in five years.
AMX said the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
