Lithuanian telco Teo has named senior executives from parent company TeliaSonera, Robert Andersson and Lars Bolin, as its new board chairman and head of finance and strategic planning respectively.
Andersson replaces Hakan Dahlstrom as chairman of the board for its current term, which runs until 25 April 2015. Currently European regional head at Sweden’s TeliaSonera, Andersson was elected to the Teo board in April.
Bolin will head up the new finance and strategic planning division, formed during a recent restructuring. Former CFO Giedrius Vegys stepped down in May amid the restructuring changes, designed to increase efficiencies and strengthen partnerships with suppliers.
Bolin has been head of business control at TeliaSonera Broadband Sweden for the past four years. He joined the group in 1990 and has held leading positions in business control, development and planning.
Listed on the Vilnius Stock Exchange, Teo is Lithuania’s largest integrated telco, IT and TV services provider.
