BlackBerry, the struggling Canadian smartphone maker, has said its CFO Brian Bidulka is stepping down.
He is being replaced by James Yersh, who most recently was a senior VP, controller and head of compliance at the company.
Bidulka will serve as special adviser to the newly-appointed CEO, John Chen, until the end of the fiscal year to assist with the transition.
Both its COO Kristian Tear and CMO Frank Boulben will also leave the manufacturer, BlackBerry said in a statement.
Earlier this month, the company announced the departure of CEO Thorsten Heins, after abandoning plans to sell itself. John Chen, former head of software company Sybase, became the executive chair and interim CEO.
