Stéphane Richard, who will take up the role of new CEO of France Telecom on March 1, has announced the composition of the group’s executive committee.
Jean-Yves Larrouturou will become deputy CEO in charge of international operations, while Gervais Pellissier will continue as deputy CEO in charge of finance and information systems and Jean-Philippe Vanot will be appointed deputy CEO in charge of quality and corporate social responsibility.
Former minister of culture and communications Christine Albanel will be executive vice president in charge of communication, philanthropy and content strategy. She will also take later the responsibility of the group’s internal communications.
Vivek Badrinath will become executive vice president in charge of enterprise communication services, grouping Orange Business Services and the Enterprise Activity Line.
Olivier Barberot will stay in his position as executive VP in charge of human resources, while Thierry Bonhomme will become executive VP in charge of networks, carriers and R&D.
Jean-Paul Cottet will be executive VP in charge of marketing and Innovation, while Delphine Ernotte will be deputy for French operations.
Joining from Agence France Presse where he had been chairman and CEO since 2005, Pierre Louette will become executive VP, general secretary and responsible for the Operators France division.
Bruno Mettling will be responsible for specific missions on behalf of the CEO. He will later succeed Olivier Barberot as director of human resources.
Georges Penalver will be in charge of strategic initiatives, while Raoul Roverato will continue to be executive VP in charge of new growth businesses and Olaf Swantee will be appointed executive VP in charge of Europe within the international division and in charge of sourcing.
Finally, Elie Girard will be director to support the executive committee and develop a strategy proposal to be presented before summer.
