WestLB has added five new members to its Corporate Acquisition Finance team in London.
Renaud Tourmente will lead the EMEA team with Harvey Hoogakker joining Ada Cerne and Cyril Derveloy as senior bankers in a team of 13 London-based professionals.
The unit also has offices in Turkey and Russia with the Loan Syndication team headed up by Stuart Frohmaier and David Pepper for Western Europe and CEEMEA respectively.
Louise Moat is Global Head of Corporate and Acquisition Finance with John Liles responsible for the APAC region, based in Sydney.
Corporate and Acquisition Finance is a core activity of WestLB, following the restructuring plan approved by the European Commission in May 2009 which has resulted in a re-focusing on WestLB core competences, as well as a spin-off of non strategic assets.
