Stockholm-based telecoms incumbent TeliaSonera plans to issue SKr750m (US$117m) in notes due 8 November 2023.
The notes, which were recently upsized by Skr250m (US$39m), will come with a 3.625% coupon, TelecomFinance has confirmed.

Earlier this week the company paid the most in an auction for 800 MHz frequencies in Finland, which already has 4G services.
Its Finnish subsidiary Sonera, the country’s incumbent operator, paid €41.2m (US$52.2m) for 2×10 MHz of the spectrum.
Rival mobile operators DNA and Elisa paid €33.57m and €33.3m, respectively, to boost their 4G capabilities.
