Cetin secures US$980m bond package including record-breaking euro-denominated bond

Ceská telekomunikacní infrastruktura (Cetin), the infrastructure spinoff of investment group PPF’s O2 Czech Republic (O2 CZ) (PRA:TELEC), has priced a debut dual currency multi-tranche eurobond worth US$980m on the Irish Stock Exchange through subsidiary Cetin Finance under its EMTN notes programme. The euro-denominated tranche is the largest ever to be issued by a company from Central Europe, Cetin said.

Cetin mandates six banks to establish multi-currency EMTN programme

Ceská telekomunikacní infrastruktura (Cetin), the infrastructure spinoff of investment group PPF’s O2 Czech Republic (O2 CZ), has mandated six banks to issue two tranches of notes denominated in euros and Czech krona through subsidiary Cetin Finance under a prospective EMTN notes programme. The roadshow will begin in Prague tomorrow and continue in London and continental Europe.
